QuickFit is a women-only strength training studio built for real women with real lives. We know walking into a gym can feel overwhelming, not knowing what to do, worrying people are watching, or feeling like you’re already behind. That’s why every session here is coached, structured and supportive. You won’t have to plan workouts, count reps alone or figure out machines. We guide you through each exercise, adjust it to your level and help you build strength safely and confidently. Whether your goal is fat loss, more energy, getting stronger or just finally sticking to something, we make it simple and sustainable. No egos. No pressure. Just progress.

About us

Just Ladies QuickFit was created for the everyday woman, the Mum's who need a little time out for themselves, the busy women who are sick of thinking what to do in the gym or the women who don't feel comfortable walking into a commercial gym. We know how intimidating fitness spaces can be not knowing what exercises to do, feeling watched, starting programs and stopping again, or believing you need to be fit before you even begin. So we built something different. Just Ladies QuickFit is a women-only strength training studio designed to make training simple, supportive and sustainable. Every session is coached, structured and adjusted to your level so you’re never left guessing or figuring it out alone. You don’t need experience. You don’t need confidence first. You just need to show up.
